Hi Eric, the ride went very well except a little sunburn on my arms. I underestimated the sun's power a little.
Riding backwards was a little difficult at first but I soon got the hang of it.
And nothing like a nice cool beer just before setting off.

Just a couple of notes:

Doing this one in reverse is a little bit different.
I took the east side of Stanley Park Drive instead of the west side so as to not ride against traffic.
This added another 2.6 km to the total distance. I expect there are other perms that are a bit longer in reverse.
The Scenery was outstanding, especially from the West Dyke Trail in Richmond.
The vista of mountains and Vancouver Island was breathtaking.

Knocked 48 minutes off the previous time so I'm pleased with that.
I found the BBB to be more enjoyable in reverse or maybe it was just the gorgeous weather.

Anyway, that's my report.
