Hi Eric

I did my January ride on the 15th. Michel rode with me!! : )
We weren’t fast. We didn’t eat enough and both bonked before we got home...

It was a gorgeous, sunny day! Certainly not a typical January day!
It was somewhat windy, but even a little wind is hard for me now.
The ride took a lot out of me...

Oh, and I meant to say that the Shell station at Bridal Falls is still not open.
I included the photo of Michel at the Shell, to show the state of the gas station now.
At least all the blue plastic that was covering the fence is now gone, so you can see inside the fence.
I hope that it reopens soon...
