Conditions:
Weather conditions were cold to begin with but became sunny and beautiful but remained cool all day.

Conditions:
What a day!! The company was good, the weather was perfect, with sun all day but not too hot and and only a light breeze in the afternoon. The only unexpected thing, was an event was scheduled for Esquimalt lagoon in the afternoon. With 5 bands and lots of food trucks the lagoon had quite a festive atmosphere. With the number of spectators, it required the riders to walk their bikes about 200 metres. We had a secret control at the far end of the lagoon so it kept the volunteers entertained as well. As the organizer it was terrific to get such positive feedback about the route. A few of the local riders mentioned that they particularly enjoyed some roads they were not familiar with. Thanks to the volunteers secret control volunteers, Sarah and Payten, registration volunteers, Sandy and Rosie and of course Mark who again helped me out with the route sheet and control card process.

Conditions:
Cloudy for most of the day, which kept temperatures down. Cleared up late afternoon and was hot for a while. Some tailwind north, headwind south.

Conditions:
Overcast, calm.

Conditions:
The day started of with a mix of sun and cloud and temperatures in the 6-8 degree Celsius realm with calm winds. The wind picked up slightly about mid morning, but diminished thereafter. The skies clouded over and the temperatures increased into 10-11 degree range. It great weather for November!
