Clothing & Pre/post Ride Meal Info

Hi!

VanIsle Souvenir Short-sleeved T-Shirts
Included in your entry fee is a quality, white cotton T-Shirt with the VanIsle logo on the left shoulder. They are will fit slightly loose.
For planning purposes, it would be appreciated if you could provide me with your preferred size, as soon as possible, to facilitate ordering.

Pre & Post Ride Meals

Pre- Ride Meal: No-host. Each person pays their own way. Arrangements have been made to have an early light supper at the Blethering Place Tea Room http://www.thebletheringplace.com/index.html starting at 4:30 pm, Tuesday, July 4, 2006. Purpose: An opportunity to meet with other VanIsle 1200 riders
Post-Ride Meal: No-host. Each person pays their own way. Arrangements have been made to have a breakfast at the Blethering Place Tea Room (as above) starting at 9:00 am, Sunday, July 9, 2006. Purpose: An opportunity to share with other riders your VanIsle ride experience; receive finisher medals and meet some of the VanIsle volunteers
For planning purposes, it would be appreciated if you would let me know if you think you will be participating in either or both of the meals; and, if you plan to participate, how many other persons might be accompanying you.

Additional note:

I would like to thank all of you who responded to the question regarding preferred souvenir wearing apparel that I indicated might be available at extra cost. Unfortunately, resources have not been available to follow through, so the souvenir items will be limited to that which is included in your entry fee ... namely, the souvenir t-shirt and the finisher's medal.

The information you provided will be used in planning for the next VanIsle 1200.
